Mark J. Pascarella has over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He founded Fairway Funding Group, a Mortgage Lender licensed in Florida and Tennessee, back in the year 2000. Since its inception, Mark has built the company to now employ over thirty Loan Officers, processors, and staff. Fairway Funding Group provides all types of residential financing, including purchase money, refinances, government, and construction loans. Over the years he has developed relationships with the top banks in the country and has access to the lowest rates and best programs available. This allows him to repeatedly beat the local banks in price. Fairway Funding Group has become a recognizable name in the Florida Lending Community and Mark has won numerous awards that recognize his hard work throughout the state.

Born and raised near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he now lives in Lakewood Ranch, Florida with his wife Holly and their three beautiful girls. Mark serves on the board of a Commercial Investment Firm and teaches financial responsibility classes at his local church. He is an avid golfer and sports fan. Mark is always cheering for his hometown favorites, the Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers.
