Sue works with her clients through the entire home buying process and she understands how to structure a mortgage for each buyers unique situation and needs. She is well versed on Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA along with jumbo loans and construction financing. Sue joined Funding Group in early 2013 to offer a wider range of financing options to her clients.

Sue started her career in the Chicago area where she worked every facet of the loan process and worked her way into repeatedly making the top performer award. With her vast knowledge and leadership abilities she was appointed to Area Sales Manager of financing with a national home builder for their West Coast Florida division. Sue has the knowledge and expertise you can trust for advice on the complex world of loan products.

Sue is an active member of the Manatee and Sarasota Association of Realtors. Women's Council of Realtors Manatee and Sarasota Chapters and the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. She supports Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army and Goodwill Charities. In her spare time, Sue enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, golfing or just spending time outdoors with her dogs.
